Joe,

Practically, there's no need to correct for HP when using Venus or Mars.  However, they do have a sensible diameter, like the moon.  If you're inclined to get even better accuracy correct for their HP.  

Enno Rodegerdts provides the correction table for Venus and Mars attached.
