USNO Astronomy site down?

For the past few days the USNO's Astronomy site, in its entirety, has been unreachable.   The links below are examples.

or....

None of the links from the address below work;

Has anyone here tried these links?

Looks like the Astronomy site's down.

Maybe their batteries died?

They've replaced their batteries with weak ones- the site's "reachable" but extremely slow. It takes about 2 minutes to load this page-

Well, better than nothing.
